We’re excited to share some updates to the Workflow Settings experience that make managing and customizing your workflows easier than ever. Here's what's new:

Enhanced Persistent Button Support
You can now add more than five persistent buttons in your workflows! This update gives you added flexibility to streamline navigation and simplify agent workflows without constraint.

Smarter Grouping of Settings
We’ve reorganized the settings panel to be more intuitive. Settings are now grouped by function so it’s easier to find exactly what you need, faster.

Revamped Custom Styles Interface
Customizing the look and feel of your workflows just got easier. The updated styles section provides a cleaner layout and smoother editing experience.

“Change Organization” Is Now Easier to Access
No more digging—“Change Organization” has been moved to a standalone action for faster access when switching between orgs.
