Optimizing User Experience: Unlocking Seamless Processes with Pause and Resume Emails

Imagine those situations where a user is going through an application, a claim, or even troubleshooting a product but was not able to complete the process because there wasn’t enough information or time.
One of the examples of this is when they need to upload a document or proof of purchase or warranty, and they may not have this at hand when starting a process on a website.
This is where you can leverage Pause and Resume emails with Zingtree! By capturing an email address (#client_email# for example) at the beginning of the call, the user will be sent an email (using the Email Node) with a link to the session so it can be resumed anytime.
In the example below, we share the following URL in the body of the email: https://zingtree.com/live/928076812?session_id=#session#
So now, once they have the document or information ready to continue the session, all they have to do is open that email and continue exactly where they left off.
