Leveraging Logic nodes as the root node

- Edited
What are Logic Nodes: In Zingtree, a Logic Node is a key element in our decision tree structure. It serves as a decision point where users can define logical conditions and direct the flow of the decision tree based on user input or other criteria. Logic Nodes empower users to create dynamic, interactive decision trees that adapt to user responses. See more information here.
How can you leverage Logic Nodes as the root node (see here how to change the root node, or the start node). We’ve found that many of our customers leverage integrations to transmit data variables into Zingtree. In various scenarios, users express the need to take specific actions based on the values of these variables. By passing a designated variable into Zingtree's script, Zingtree can seamlessly present agents with a script tailored to the provided variable. This streamlines the process for agents, eliminating unnecessary clicks to access the appropriate script.
For instance, if a customer contacts us regarding a 'New Purchase' and the corresponding variable is passed into the script, we can instantly showcase a script specifically tailored to the selected topic of 'New Purchase,' optimizing efficiency and providing a more tailored and responsive customer experience. Setting up the logic node as a script node will dedicate what script we need to show based on the selected variable.
