Benefits of Libraries

Did you know that in Zingtree, you can populate your workflows with content from another workflow?

A great use of this functionality is in cases where you have to display the exact same content in multiple Workflows.

One popular example is a sales script. Imagine having to duplicate these scripts in multiple workflows and then having to update them individually.

Now, by using the Libraries, the content from the Library Workflow will populate the Workflows, and when changes are needed, they only need to be made in the Library Workflow.

The same approach can be applied to any content that needs to be displayed multiple times in your workflows. More examples of this include "data protection scripts," "terms and conditions," "product information or specifications," etc.
