We’re excited to introduce a powerful enhancement to the Zingtree Authoring Experience: Content Blocks & Accordions

This new feature gives authors even more control over how content is presented within nodes, enabling cleaner layouts, smoother user navigation, and more efficient decision support.

Content Blocks

Use Content Blocks to break up long or complex content into clearly defined sections, perfect for organizing detailed instructions, FAQs, or contextual notes.

Accordions

Need to present lots of information without overwhelming your users? Accordions allow you to expand/collapse content, so users can focus only on what’s relevant in the moment. Great for technical steps, policies, or any content-heavy flows.

• Deliver just-in-time information without crowding the interface

• Improve readability and usability in both internal and customer-facing workflows

• No coding required — all managed directly in the authoring interface!

To get started, just open a node in the authoring view and look for the Content Block and Accordion icons in the toolbar.
