Feature Request: Push Zingtree alerts into CRM

My agents love the 'alert' functionality to stay up-to-date on our latest process/feature updates. At present, agents need to open Zingtree in order to be notified. I'd love for a way for these alerts to be pushed into our CRM (Intercom), so agents can be notified in real-time as they handle chats if there's been an important update made in Zingtree (perhaps authors can choose the delivery method for alerts based on urgency)?
