Session Troubleshooting Reports: Uncover Real-Time Insights into Your Session Data

These reports refresh immediately, making them excellent for quick troubleshooting. In contrast, the regular Usage Reports will update at the closest 6 am/6 pm local time.

  • Event Log - Great report for troubleshooting events
    • Values:
      • Offers the ability to filter and troubleshoot events such as Webhook, Email Sent, Login, Agent Login, Trees Deleted, Failed Login, Failed Agent Login, Folders Created/Deleted.
      • Provides details and error messages.
    • Suggested Actions:
      • Use this report whenever an agent reports issues with logging in, email nodes not working (where emails don’t get sent), or problems with pulling webhooks. The Event Log is excellent for getting to the root of such issues.
  • Session List (in Troubleshooting):
    • Values:
      • Great for immediate troubleshooting
      • Data gets refreshed immediately
      • Can see details of a session
    • Suggested Actions:
      • Utilize this report when trying to troubleshoot or figure out the exact details of a recent call. For instance, if an agent mentions that Zingtree got stuck in the middle of a call, you can navigate through this report by finding the session that correlates to the Agent Name and the time of the call. From there, you’ll be able to follow the steps that the Agent took throughout the session and debug accordingly.

Current Limitation: This report cannot be downloaded.
