Boost Your Zingtree Efficiency: Mastering Taglists for Quick Access to Related Content Shortcuts!
How to create a list of shortcuts for similar or related content?
This is where Taglists come into play. While you may attempt to map a process or flow, accounting for all possible variables, sometimes a different path is needed due to a combination of circumstances.
So, how do you overcome this challenge in Zingtree?
One effective strategy I've observed is to create a "shortcuts page."
- Add a "Tag" to all nodes with similar or related content (Example: Account_Opening).
- Create a new content node and name it "Account Opening Shortcuts."
- Utilize taglists (refer to this article) to compile a list of nodes containing relevant content.
- Introduce a new "Persistent Button," name it accordingly, and link it to the "Shortcuts Node" ("Account Opening Shortcuts").
Now, whenever the user or agent encounters a challenge, they can navigate directly to the shortcuts node and access the required information more efficiently.
You can also incorporate multiple tags recalled on the shortcuts node, making it a "General Shortcut Tab." Happy building!
Above is the example of a persistent button to the short-cuts node.
Below are list of nodes tagged “Account Opening” using tag-lists.
