How do you tackle adoption challenges?

- Edited
The root causes for these challenges can be quite diverse. So, the first question to ask is: Who are my users?
You need to understand what they need and what motivates them. In some instances, it's more complex than that, and factors such as tenure or company culture can contribute to the challenges.
If performance is good and usage is low, then this may be acceptable if you have a knowledgeable workforce. But what do you do if the performance is not good?
In the past, organizations have used the following approach to illustrate the need for the company to encourage higher engagement: Check if Zingtree was used in those instances where quality issues arose. Generally, you can demonstrate that in 90% of failures, the Trees/flows were not used.
By combining Tree usage with QA data, you now have a useful tool to facilitate performance management discussions and increase usage.
