How do you find out where users in your Workflow are facing some challenges or need more guidance or assistance?

You can do this by utilizing the Exit Nodes report. 

This report will show you what the last node visited by the users is, and in most cases, it should be one of the end nodes in your workflow.

It will easily stand out if nodes other than the final nodes appear in this report, which is then telling you that the users are completing their sessions there for some reason, so they are getting stuck or giving up at that point.

This report will highlight areas of improvement and prompt you to reduce bottlenecks.
