To Reset your password do the following:

1. Go to https://zingtree.com and click Log in.
   
2. Enter your email address and click Next. 
3. Click the Forgot Password link.
   
4. Enter your Zingtree email and click Send Reset Link
   
    
5. Open your email and follow the reset password instructions in the email you received from Zingtree. Please note that for both authors and agents, passwords must be at least 12 characters and contain at least one of: uppercase, lowercase, number.
