Building a Troubleshooter Tree

  • Troubleshooters are a handy way of making it easy for customers to get to solutions by answering a few questions.  If you design your troubleshooters well, customers will be engaged and will get to their answers quickly.  If customers cannot find the answer, your support ticket will contain their answers to your questions.

    We recommend you use the Zingtree Wizard to get started with troubleshooters.

    To create a troubleshooter:

    1. Click the My Trees tab at the top of the page.
    2. Select Create New Tree.
    3. Choose Fill Out Simple Forms to build our Tree with Zingtreee Wizard as the type of tree.
    4. Enter the name and description of the new tree.
    5. Click the Create Tree button.
