How to Hide Nodes from Search Results

  • There may be times when you don't want a node ever to appear in a search result. You can hide specific nodes from all searches, or hide a node from agent searches or end-user searches.

    To start:

    1. Edit the Node.
    2. Go to the Search tab. 

    Your search options appear as shown.

    • To hide a node from all search results, pick Hide from search results.
    • To hide a node from just agent or end-user searches, pick one of the options in Show in Search Results.
