Browser Caching - Tree Not Updating

  • If your changes to a decision tree don't appear right away, this can be caused by one of these:

    • You have Browser Caching enabled in Settings (most common).
    • You are using Push Live, and have not yet made the changes live.

    To disable browser caching:

    1. Go to the Settings tool, and select the Rendering tab.
    2. Make sure Enable Browser Caching is unchecked.
