Webhooks: Troubleshooting

  • If your webhooks aren't working as you expect, please check the following:

    1. Note that webhooks are called before the node appears. 
    2. Make sure the URL for your webhook is accessible; it must be able to be opened in a browser.
    3. If you're not sure your webhooks are being called properly, check the Event Log (under Account, Event Log). Select the Webhook event type, and you can see if any errors are present.
