Many customers ask about selecting multiple options in a single node. You can do this via Checkboxes, like this:

Data Collection Form Fields (Checkboxes): You can have a node in the decision tree that includes checkboxes. These selections can be assigned to variables. A selected checkbox =1, and an unselected checkbox = 0.
Logic nodes can be used to automatically branch based upon the value(s) of the checkbox variables.
