There are times where you may want to erase all variables collected during a session and start over. You can do this with the Zingtree Erase Variables stock webhook, So when a specific node is reached, this webhook will trigger and delete your variables.
You can set this up as follows:
- Edit the node that you want to trigger erasing variables.
- Go to Apps/Webhooks and add a new Webhook.
- Select Webhook: Zingtree Erase Variables.
- Make sure to click Save Changes.
Note: This webhook will not erase any variables created automatically, like the tree_id, tree_name, or any location information (if set).
Erasing ALL Session Data HistoryYou can entirely remove any trace of data collected by Zingtree by adding ALL to the Message Data field.
Note that if you do this, you will have no record of any data collected at any point during the decision tree session.
