Troubleshooter: Hosted Workflows not Appearing

When Zingtree hosts your workflows, there are very few instances when something can go wrong.

In some cases, workflows with script code in them or imported from other formatted sources may cause errors in rendering your workflows.  Here's how to locate the issue:

  1. Open your browser's developer tools. (Chrome, Internet Explorer: Press F12. Firefox: Go to Menu / Developer. Safari: View, Developer, Javascript Console).
  2. Look at the Console tab for errors reported by the browser.
