Author Roles: Setting up Super Users and Billing Admins

The Super User is like any other Author, except they can gain instant access to any tree, and delete Authors. By default, the original person signing up for Zingtree in your organization is the Super User. 

A Billing Administrator can do everything a Super User does, with the addition of receiving billing notices and receipts and canceling a subscription.

You can have as many Super Users and Billing Admins as you like.

Any Super User or Billing Admin can setup other Super Users or Billing Admins as follows:

  1. Go to My Account, Organizations and Billing, and click the Author Roles section.

  2. Click Configure Author Roles.


  3. Assign or remove new Super User or Billing Administrator rights from the list of Authors.


  4. Click Update Author Roles.
