An Author can have both the Super User and Billing Administrator roles enabled. These are the abilities of each role:
The Super User is an Author with special permissions. A Super User can:
- See and edit all trees in the Organization
- Add new Apps and Integrations
- Set up Data Connected Objects (if enabled on the account)
- Set up Knowledge Search sources and other Data Sources (if enabled on the account)
- Add/remove/edit Authors
- Add/edit Organizations and their preferences
- Change/update Author Roles
A Billing Administrator can only:
- Manage subscriptions
- Receive billing notifications
You can have as many Super Users and Billing Admins as you like.
Setting up Super Users and Billing Admins Roles
A Super User can set other authors as a Super User and/or Billing Administrator
- Go to Team > Authors
- Choose the Author whose role you'd like to change by clicking on their email address in the list.
- Click the Change Author Role button.
- Enable the Roles you'd like to assign to this Author:
- Click Save
