How do I cancel my account?

  • If you're a paying customer, go to Account, Organizations and Billing, then click the Billing tab.


    Note: You need to be the Billing Administrator for your account to change subscription status.


    If you're a trial customer, you can cancel your account from Account, My Info, or jump here. Click the red Cancel button to proceed.
