You can use Zingtree with Zendesk to view your customer's Zingtree session history side-by-side with any ticket they submit. This requires using the Zingtree Zendesk app,
Once inside Zendesk, you can see a concise synopsis of your customer's session history next to your ticket like this:
This can be accomplished by Creating Zendesk Tickets within Zingtree (recommended) or adding code to your Zendesk New Ticket form. See below for details on each method.
