We’re committed to continually improving our platform to enrich the agent and customer experience while making your teams more effective. The upgrade will modernize your workflows and resolve common challenges.
What do I need to do?
The best part? There's no effort required on your end. We’ll take care of everything to ensure a smooth transition.
Expected Changes
We’re upgrading systems, so there are some minor changes in your workflow display and behavior.
- Search forms: our search component which can be added directly into your content nodes offers slightly different styles and interactions. Customizations are supported for updates to placeholder text and tooltip.
- workflow Settings > Data: The workflow setting “Discard workflow from history used by workflow Node "Previous workflow" Feature when back button is clicked” is no longer available, as this is the default behavior for all sessions.
- workflow Settings > Languages: Support for locale date formats has changed to a list of available tokens. Note: Existing workflows with old formats will continue to work
- workflow Settings > Data: The setting “allow merge variables to be changed” is no longer available, as merge variables override session variables by default.
- Custom code added to the Agent Portal will only apply to the Agent Portal and not to the workflows rendered within it. Styling for the workflow needs to be added to the workflow's settings.
- Search All function, available through workflow Settings, is no longer supported
- Task Manager is no longer supported
