New Reporting (beta)

Overview

Zingtree understands that reporting on how your decision trees are used is key to measuring the success of your workflows and your teams. Over the next several months we will continue building out enhanced reporting and visualizations. You can follow along with the beta as we make improvements and add reports. Your classic reports continue to be available during this time.

 

Locating the new beta reports

  1. Click Usage Reports from the top navigation:

  2. Select New Reports (beta) from the left navigation menu:

  3. Select the report that you'd like to see. We'll be adding more here as we continue to build.

Refreshing Reports

When a filter like a Date is changed, update the report by using the refresh button located in the upper-right corner of the page. The button will turn blue when the report needs to be refreshed. You'll need to refresh with every filter change to see the results.

Dashboard Actions

The Dashboard actions menu (3 vertical dots) at the top-right of the dashboard contains additional useful actions such as download, schedule delivery, and timezone change.

Tile Actions

Each tile within the dashboard offers another menu of actions. Hover over a tile in the dashboard, and click the Tile Actions menu (3 vertical dots). These options may be different depending on the tile selected.

Agent Drilldown - All Agent Usage

In the actual data table in the All Agent Usage report, you can right-click on an agent name to β€œsee agent sessions” and see a drilled-down report view of just that agent. It’s an alternative method of the user filter.
